How do I make a reservation and what payment method is required?

  • You can make a reservation online, by phone or in person. Full payment is required at time of booking to guarantee vehicle availability.

What are the criteria for the driving license when picking up the vehicle?

  • The main driver must present a valid and valid driving license. Foreign drivers may require an international driving license.

What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle and what fees apply to drivers under 26?

  • The main driver must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driving license for at least 2 years. Additional charges apply for drivers under 26, with €5 per day for 18-23 year olds and €3 per day for 24-26 year olds.

How can I add an additional driver and what is the associated cost?

  • An additional driver can be added for a daily fee of €5.

How does the security deposit work and what payment methods are accepted?

  • The security deposit may be charged to your credit card at pickup. A cash or check deposit can also be accepted. The amount will be refunded in full upon return of the vehicle without damage or violation.

Are the vehicles insured, and are there additional insurance options available?

  • All our vehicles are insured. Additional insurance options are available for added peace of mind.

What is the standard mileage rate and what happens if it is exceeded?

  • The standard mileage package is 200 kilometers per day. Additional fees will be applied in the event of excess.

How does the fuel policy work and what happens if you violate it?

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. Fees will be charged for any defects.

What are the consequences of a late return and how can I be informed in the event of an unforeseen delay?

  • Any delay in returning the vehicle may result in additional charges. Please notify us in the event of an unforeseen delay.

Is smoking allowed in rental vehicles, and what are the charges for not following this rule?

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in rental vehicles. Specific cleaning fees will be applied in the event of non-compliance with this rule.
